Deposits

All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are per person.

A 50% deposit on the package quoted is payable to confirm the booking.

The balance of the fee is payable on completion of the safari.

As long as the required deposit has not been received, the booking is not confirmed and can be cancelled without prior notice.

A receipt of payment indicating the booking dates will immediately be confirmed by e-mail.

Payments must be made in cash, Credit Card or via electronic bank transfer.

Trophy fees are payable on all animals killed or wounded and must be paid prior to departure.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation by client:

In the event of a cancellation prior to 90 days of commencement of the Safari, the deposit will be refunded, less a 15% cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellation within 60 days of the commencement of the Safari, the deposit is forfeited.

No cancellation fee will be charged if the hunting dates are postponed within the same year.

No refunds are allowed for late arrivals or early departures.

Cancellation or Re-booking by Outfitter:

We reserve the right to change conditions, prices, program/ sequence of the hunt, and/or terms herein without prior notice due to government levies and legislature, acts of God, or circumstances outside our control.

We reserve the right to rebook a safari to a following year should circumstances arise that threaten the success of the safari.

Surcharges on Transactions

Credit Cards – A 3.5% surcharge will be levied on all credit card transactions.

Wire Transfer – Free – 0% Surcharge

Cash – Free – 0% Surcharge

Feel free to wire a projected total prior to the start of your safari, which can then be topped up at the end of your safari or refunded.

Additional Costs that our Prices do not include:

International & domestic flights.
Shipping & taxidermy.
Rifle hire and ammunition per safari if required.
Hunting Permits where required.
Gratuities for safari staff and Professional Hunters.

Liability

While Re a Lora Safaris takes the utmost care to ensure the safety of our hunting client guests and their belongings, we take no responsibility for any loss, injury, accident, mishap, illness, disability or death before, during or after the safari period.

We recommend clients take out baggage, travel, trip cancellation and medical evacuation insurance before they travel.

All clients will be required to sign an indemnity statement prior to the commencement of any safari or hunting.

Re a Lora Safaris, the company, all staff, subagents and personnel associated directly or indirectly with the company are not liable under any circumstances for misfortunes or claims which may occur during the course of a hunting safari and or any business pertaining to the company.

We often recommend third parties for travel, accommodations, and / or other services directly or indirectly related to the safari, this is all done and recommended in good faith.

We don’t accept any liability or claims against Re a Lora Safaris and or their staff or representatives worldwide under any circumstances.

Client Responsibility

Clients may not carry any unlawful articles or substances whilst in the Southern African region. If any hunter or observer offends against the prohibitions set out herein, the Hunting Outfitter will be entitled to immediately exclude from the safari hunting party the offender who will be responsible for his or her own repatriation and all costs thereof. Re a Lora Safaris will under no circumstances assist any such offender in any dealings or negotiations with any authority.

Jurisdiction

In all matters where it is or may be necessary to have recourse to the Court, the Courts of the Republic of South Africa shall have sole jurisdiction to the exclusion of the Courts of any other country and the prevailing law of the Republic of South Africa shall prevail.
